How does NBL+ use my information?
By agreeing to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Collection Notice, and also consent to receiving marketing information and special offers from the NBL, other NBL entities, NBL partners and suppliers, you acknowledge that your data will be used in accordance with NBL's Privacy Policy. NBL uses your data to better understand your preferences, interests, and behaviour, and to tailor their products and services to your needs. Additionally, your data may be used for marketing purposes, such as personalised content and promotions, to increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and sales. NBL values your privacy and is dedicated to safeguarding your data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

I can't sign up using Facebook
If you are having trouble signing up to NBL+ by using Facebook and are seeing an error message, this may be due to your permission settings to access your personal details linked to your Facebook account.
You will need to go in to your Facebook settings and follow the steps below before being able to proceed to sign up to a NBL+ Account using Facebook.

I didn't receive the verification email
If you have signed up for your NBL+ account but haven’t yet verified your email, you will be prompted to verify your account when you next attempt to log in.
You will need to go to the email inbox you used to create your NBL+ Account and locate the 'Verify your NBL+ Account' email and click on the 'Verify my Email Address' link.
If you have signed up using your Facebook or Google account to create your NBL+ Account, the email will have been sent to the email address associated with that account.
If you aren’t receiving your email, please check:
- Your spam or junk folders (especially if you are using a free webmail account e.g. gmail, yahoo, etc.)
- You do not have any blocks or filters on your account
- If you are using a corporate email, your organisation’s firewall may be blocking it and you may not be notified, depending on your organisation’s IT policy.

How do I reset my password?
Open the NBL+ login portal. Click the 'Forgot Password' button and fill out your email, or select Facebook or Google. This will trigger an email to be sent to you. Go to your inbox and follow the prompts to reset your password. If you do not receive the email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
I didn't receive a forgot password email "If you have not received an email for resetting your password, please verify that you have entered the correct email address that you used to create your NBL+ Account, on the password reset screen. It's possible that you are not receiving the password reset email because you have entered an incorrect email address.
If you signed up using Facebook or Google, you do not need a password to sign in. You will just need to sign in using your Facebook or Google account by selecting the Facebook or Google buttons on the login page.

Managing communication preferences
You can manage your communication preferences on your My Account page on NBL+. Simply check the boxes of the communications you want to receive. To opt out of any communications, uncheck the corresponding box.

What is Bounce Pass?
Bounce Pass is the login mechanism, owned by the NBL, that powers NBL+. To gain access to NBL+, you must make a Bounce Pass account. This Bounce Pass account will unlock premium experiences across the NBL’s digital channels, such as NBL+ and NBL1 streaming.
